Choc Fudge Brownie Biscuits
250g butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 cups plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/3 cup finely chopped roasted hazelnuts
2/3 cup coarsely chopped dark eating chocolate
2/3 cup coarsely chopped milk eating chocolate
2/3 cup coarsely chopped white eating chocolate
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease oven trays and line with baking paper.
- Beat butter, extract, sugars and egg in a small bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; stir in sifted flour, cocoa and soda in two batches. Stir in nuts and chocolate.
- Roll level tablespoons of dough in to balls and place 5cm apart on oven trays.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
